ES22016 Money and finance
Textbook Theoretical Foundations of Banking
Lecture slides
Each topic consists of three to five sets of slides. The
first set, entitled Context, introduces the topic and summarises key results
of the models discussed in this topic. The subsequent files each relate to a
single model, identified by letter for finance topics and the chapter number
of the corresponding textbook for banking topics, which will be discussed in
the lecture. |

Download all resources in a single file
Instructions for downloading the full set of files This folder, once unzipped, contains all files
necessary for this module. Subfolder Resources: This folder
includes the module outline, seminar problems, indicative answers, and
textbooks in the subfolders. Subfolder Slides: This folder contains
all lecture slides. Each model (corresponding to a section or chapter from
the textbooks) has its own set of slides (a single file) and each topic as
per the module outline has its own slides (a single file). Slides from the
textbook ′Theoretical Foundations of Banking′ start with ′Ba_′,
followed by the chapter number, and the topics are numbered ′Ba01′,
′Ba02′, ′Ba03′, ′Ba04′, and ′Ba05′.
Slides from the textbook ′Theoretical Foundations of Investment Banking′
start with ′IB_′, followed by the chapter number, and the topics
are numbered ′IB01′, ′IB02′, ′IB03′, ′IB04′,′and
IB05′. Slides covering finance topics start with ′Fi_′,
followed by the topic number and section; the topic slides itself are
numbered ′Fi01′ to Fi10′. For each slide four version are
presented; the ending ′_P′ denotes slides which are revealed step
by step as used in the lecture, ′_PN′ denotes presentation slides
to which notes are added, ′_S′ denote the full slide is
presented, and ′_SN′ that the full slide is complemented by
notes. A 'master slide' called Slides.pdf has been created
from which all these resources can be accessed through links (this seems only
to work on PCs/laptops and Macs, but not on mobile phones and tablets). To
benefit from these links, download the entire folder (with subfolders) and
save on your PC/laptop/Mac. Do not change the name of the subfolders or files
contained therein, this will destroy any links. The main folder and the
master slide itself can be renamed. |
