Welcome to the webpage for the Mathematics for Deep Learning workshop on the application of machine learning and deep learning methods to environmental problems.

There is no registration fee for this workshop. It will be delivered through a combination of online and in-person talks. All are welcome to attend either online or in-person at the University of Bath. The talks will take place in the Wolfson lecture theatre (4 West 1.7). Catering will be provided in the atrium immediately adjacent.

Schedule

The workshop will take place over two days September 20th-21st. On the first day there will be a series of 30 minute talks given by industrial and academic researchers working on applying deep learning to environmental problems. On the second day this will be followed by a half day of further discussion. There will be a conference dinner at Hall and Woodhouse on the 20th of September.
