University of Bath 2013

Registration

All registration must be completed via the the University of Bath online shop. Registration includes tea/coffee/refreshments and the conference dinner at the Hilton Hotel on Wednesday 18th December. The costs are

£85 Standard rate
£60 Student rate

Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. The limited accommodation on the University site (Halls of residence) can be booked during the registration process OR delegates can opt not to take his option during the registration process and then should book accommodation directly as described on the accommodation page. Delegates are encouraged to do this as soon as possible. Please note that some accommodation is reserved only until the end of October and Bath is a popular tourist destination.

Key Dates

15th November - dealine for bursary applications.
15th November - deadline for oral submissions.
30th November - registration closed.

Student bursaries

A limited number of student bursaries will be available. These will be set at two rates: £50 and £100 depending on financial circumstances (and geography) of the applicant. To apply for a bursary include with your abstract a paragraph supporting your application which describes other sources of funding available to the applicant.
