Abstracts should be constructed using the template and should be no longer than one A4 page.

Submission is via e-mail as MSWord or pdf documents to ssgxmas13@bath.ac.uk.

Please indicate in the document and the e-mail subject line whether your submission is to be considered for an oral or poster presentation.

Key Dates

15th November - Deadline for submissions to be considered for oral presentations
30th November - Deadline for all poster submissions

Poster Format

Posters should be no larger than A0 (portrait).
