Tasting Types

Blind Tasting

Separator

In a blind tasting the wine bottles are covered up to allow you to try and guess what the wine is. Such tastings can pose quite a challenge even to experienced tasters.

Horizontal Tasting

Separator

In a horizontal tasting the wines will all be from the same year. This sort of tasting allows you to taste wines on a more level playing field.

Vertical Tasting

Separator

In a vertical tasting the wines will be all of the same wine but from different years. This allows you to sample the variations in different vintages.
