Registration
Registration is now closed.
You will be informed by the organizing committee by 28th March if your registration has been accepted. All participants will receive a confirmation e-mail with payment details.
If you would like to travel with an accompanying person we can provide a package at a cost of £218 that includes accommodation for 4 nights (sharing your room), breakfasts, dinners, excursion, and conference dinner. N.B. This charge must be paid to the hotel upon arrival.
Additional nights of Bed & Breakfast can be arranged with the Hotel subject to room availability. These will be charged at £124.60(£134.80) for single(double) occupancy on Monday 2nd May and £202(£212) for single(double) occupancy on Saturday 7th May. Bookings for additional nights must be guaranteed by credit card in advance.
Important information for those wishing to reserve additional nights of accommodation:-
Delegates wanting to book extra nights of accommodation should call Louise on +44 (0)1225 476892 in the Bath Spa Hotel Group Reservations Department or e-mail marketing.bathspa@macdonald-hotels.co.uk to reserve their rooms and provide credit card details. A 3rd Party Credit Card Form for this purpose can be downloaded below and returned to the Hotel by e-mail or Fax (+44 (0)1225 476825).
