This module for Part II students of Architecture at the University
of Bath explored the use of mathematics and computers in the generation of architectural forms. |
My Role : |

- Give an introductory lecture on how computers and mathematical equations can be used to generate efficient and aesthetic buildings
- Provide a framework of tools to help students manipulate and visualise parametric equations
- Organise and run workshops where students experiment with shape and form
- Provide out-of-hours technical support to help with specific enquiries from individual students
