Meeting venue

The meeting is taking place in The Edge, which is very close to Arrivals Square (the bus terminus) and the East car park. Arts Lecture Theatre

Oral presentations will be given in the Arts Lecture Theatre, with Posters set out in Weston Studio. The poster boards are 2 meters high by 1 meter wide. Weston Studio

Sponsors and refreshments will be in The Edge foyer.

The conference dinner will take place in Hall & Woodhouse in central Bath.

Please can all speakers try out their presentations before their scheduled slot to ensure that they are compatible with our AV system. The Edge Lecture Theatre has a Networked PC, Bluray/DVD,Visualiser and hearing loop.

Each 30 minute slot is designed to fit a 25 minute talk with 5 minutes for questions before the next presentation.
