Research:	Micromachining and its applications to terahertz technology; development of novel, micromachined, submillimetric devices; instrumentation for submillimetre-wave radio astronomy and remote sensing; development of semiconductor and superconducting detector devices for such applications. Member of the Centre for Space, Atmospheric & Oceanic Science (CSAOS).
