Report Submission

    Download this Word Template or if you prefer in zipped format.
     

  • Step 2
    Write a report on your visit following the guidelines in the template. They are also available here. You must complete this within a month of returning from the visit.
      

  • Step 3
    If possible zip your report using a program such as Winzip then fill in all the required (•) fields in the table below and attach the file containing your report. The file you attach should not be more than 1Mb with no more than 27 characters in its name.
