Project :
Plug-in for Microstation CAD environment to perform 2D analysis of sightline quality for spectators in sports stadium of theatre seating areas. Required design parameters are input and people are then automatically placed in correct positions according to design codes. Design criteria are monitored and information is reported back to user.
My Role :
Create plug-in using Visual Basic within the Microstation CAD environment Incorporate system within in-house CAD server to give access to other designers Consult with architects to develop scope and functionality Use software to assess sightline quality on scheme designs for sports stadia
