Information on Accommodation
- Accommodation is in Polden Court (upper left hand corner of
campus map
or
3-D map ).
- Limited car parking facilities are available at Polden Court:
if full,
use Car Park H (
circular car park) instead.
- For participants arriving on Monday 18 June or later, room
keys will be
available at the Residential Services Centre (labelled Q on
map)
until 10.30pm,
thereafter at the Security Office (Wessex House Level 2 - left end
of the Parade on
map).
- For participants arriving on Sunday 17 June,
room keys will be available from 2pm at the Security Office
(Wessex House Level 2 - left end
of the Parade on
map).
- For participants arriving on Saturday 16 June, room keys will be
available from 2pm at
the Security Office (Wessex House Level 2 - left end
of the Parade on
map).
- A registration desk will be open from 10.30am on Monday 18 June in
the foyer of Building 6E (to the right of the Parade on
map).
- All lectures take place in Room 6E 2.2.
