Loop antenna example

Two loop antennas radiating in air are examined. The lower loop is excitated by a pulse of short duration. After the main radiation from the lower antenna the signal propagates to the upper antenna. There is still much field activity around the lower antenna for some considerable time as the antenna 'rings'.
