I have been practicing Iyengar yoga for more than 15 years as complementary exercise for figure skating.
Practising yoga keeps you flexibel, gives you power and endurance and makes you fresh in your mind. It also gives you awareness of your body.I have come a long way from beeing stiff to supple which is important in my sport.
This asana (yoga posture) is called the wheel
