A variation of the "Bargello Quilt" technique was used to create the butterfly.It looks more complicated than it is. I used just strips of fabric to piece this quilt.
Another easy pattern is the so called "Kaleidoscope" quilt.
It took just 25 hours to piece this 1.40 x 1.40 m wallhanging.
This cathedral window "aquarium" quilt was almost exclusively done by hand.
