ABBA is back, bringing the future of music industry

The entrepreneur Simon Fuller, Universal Music Group and ABBA have teamed up to bring the future of entertainment in the form of a new experience enabled by the development of technology.

ABBA split up in 1982 and fans have long been wishing for them to reunite, however the band members have always denied the possibility of all four of them concerting together again. Hence, this is the perfect opportunity to explore the exciting possibilities that the growing advancement in technology offers. All four of ABBA members are said to be on board with the project and its aim has been described as to “create an original entertainment experience with the Swedish Pop Superstars, which will enable a new generation of fans to see, hear, and feel ABBA in a way previously unimagined.” It has not been announced what exactly the new experience is going to be, but it is set to launch as early as in 2018.

This marks the beginning of new and intriguing possibilities for the entertainment industry. Of course, people may argue that the live, real experience cannot be replaced. However, it would be amazing to have the chance to experience such legendary performers such as Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley or David Bowie perform, which otherwise would simply be impossible!
