Hey all, Due to being seriously bored at work and lacking the sci-fi influence in my daily life I have re-joined the forums ^_^

For those of you who don't remember me (Hah!) or are new in the last year or so I ran the society in ohhhh... 2006-7 during my last year at uni (for my sins) and was a regular since about my first week at uni. I'm now PhD-ing elsewhere and despite missing the quiz last year I shall be there in December and will even be dragging Robin/Theo with me, so I'll see you then ^_^

Cool. Nice to meet you. I'm new this year, and am basically just going along to the Anime nights. Before I came I was looking for an anime soc, it wasn't even till I came and relooked at old socs I had previously seen that I saw this had anime, so I've been here from the start aswell. Though I can't make other nights since I'm doing a couple other things already aswell.

The new welcome thread is the sticky that's the first thing you see in the general chat thread....

It is indeed nice to see you back. I give you a good deal of the credit for sci fi running at all this year.

Found it, too long on the forums mean that I don't see stickies and jump straight to the updating threads. I didn't do much, i'm sure you would have managed without any help ^_^

Cripes! Saw you on the word association thread and immediately thought of the common theories of zombie, clone, android, doppelganger, evil(er) twin, ghost in the net, alternate dimension, time paradox, or that you're simply one reincarnation of a long line of Linas. But this thread's really cleared things up, thanks. ^^

Well GCL is planning on cloning an army of me to take over the world..oops, I'm not sure I was supposed to say that. I'm still waiting to find the non-evil me, it is possible she is living somewhere inside my head but doesn't shout loud enough.

Run for the hills is accurate, however not polite so I shall pretend I didn't hear it ^_^

You will notice a slight improvement in my spelling: firefox here underlines things in red when I get them wrong, however it doesn't suggest replacements so sometimes I just give up...
