I didn't go, and I've still not managed to see it! What did people think?

I thought it was great to see film where the special effects where not computer generated, the clunky-ness of the robots was certainly amusing.
Former SciFi IT Officer now taking great pleasure in telling the current committee that they're doing it all wrong and that they should get off my lawn.
You'll mainly find me at Anime, but also at some of the Classic and Contemporary screenings. I'm usually in the student centre before screenings too.

I love the films where there is little to no CGI (besides a few that are just CGI, like pixar films and Avatar)

Would thoroughly like to have go to seen this!

It was pretty ridiculous on every level. In a fun way. The non-Robocop robot was hilarious (both from a clunky special effect and 'I thought that early Daleks were the only robotty things so poorly designed they couldn't go down stairs' point of view). And another film full of jolly over the top violence... There seems to be a theme here...
