Stuffs I saw from this semester's classic screenings:

1. 2001: A Space Odyssey 10/10
2. The Secret of NIMH 5/10
3. Young Frankenstein 2/10
4. The Fifth Element 1/10

That's all I saw :S I think The Fifth Element must have killed off any interest I had in attending Tuesday screenings for while ;)

I imagine I'll watch 2001 again over the Summer, which I'm really looking forward too ^_^

in order of preference:

Jumanji - love this film. Always have, always will :3
Young Frankenstein - I'd heard about this from a friend, but never actually checked it out. It was very much a pleasant surprise.
The Fifth Element - one of things that was.... so bad it was brilliant, but at the same time, rather good xD Although.... I have to say: Leeloo's hair thoroughly annoyed me xD

1 Jumanjii
2 Beetlejuice
3 5th Element
4 Secret of NIMH

Jumanjii was enjoyable from the start! The story twisted, turned and all because of a board game, I loved it! Ingenious and had Robin WIlliams in as well!

Beetlejuice, was nice to see a young Alec Baldwin! This was a rather interesting film but entertaining no less, I liked that it was told mostly from the side of Adam and Barbara and the things they had to go through as "the recently deceased"

5th Element, this was alright, it had whatshisname in it (Bruce Willis, that's the one!)... Can't really say a whole lot more.

Secret of NIMH, again this had potential, I thought it was going somewhere when it seemed to end really anticlimactically.... other than that I enjoyed it, even if it felt a bit short and cut off.

1 thing I regret is not going to see Young Frankenstein, reports from GRexCarolinii and Sirabe made it sound like a really good film, so I wish I'd gone, oh well...

The fifth element: Bruce willis had hair... need I say more?

Young Frankenstein: Completely weird, excellent dance scene and gene wilder has some facial hair. lovely.

Beetlejuice: A classic film I had completely missed out on that was very enjoyable. Hooray for death.
