Spamalot Tour!

Postby Pureferret » Sat Aug 14, 2010 11:48 am

So for the first time since the start of Facvebook, I've found a link to something that might interest peope:
Spamalot Tour Comes to Bath
Monday 15th - Saturday 20th November

Now it's not with the original cast, but it should still be fun.

I don't think this needs to be official, but I should think more than a few people should be up for this.

This is what the Trips and Socials page is for, Craig! *moves*

Is the cast listed on the 'cast' page the touring cast? If so, this look awesome...

Cool, if we got enough people together, I wonder if we could get a group rate...

I'd definitely be interested in this.

It's definitely Marcus Brigstoke for the Bath dates, except Thursday. I'll tout for extra interest when term starts. It'll have to be a Thursday or Saturday though...or the Wednesday 2.30pm matinee. Do all lectures on Wednesday finish by 1pm, or 2pm?

Well, on my timetable there's a big void from 1.15 onwards, so I'd assume it's the same all round. I think everyone would much rather do Saturday or matinee than Thursday though.

Thanks Adan!

I do think that doing this on a Wednesday then going to a screening might be a little to much for some people

And, upon closer inspection it's the AGM/voting night as well, making it a little more involved than your usual screening. Saturday matinee then, guys?

I missed it over the summer, so I'd definitely be up for it.

Group rates/student discounts are a bit naff though. Unless we can get over 20 people...

Saturday should be easily doable for me.

What are they? I couldn't find them earlier. I also think 20 is definitely a bit optimistic.

Er, I think it was Students getting £1 off a ticket, Group of 10+ is £1 off per ticket (not sure whether you can combine the two though) and group of 20+ is 20% off per ticket.

Tghen we need to plan what we need to book and be sure we all turn up if it's group.

And we'd need to agree on what price seats we were getting. I'm not sure I want the cheapest...maybe second or third lowest price tier? Obviously we can split into multiple groups depending on where we want to sit.

Dress circle is usually a good bet. Especially the front row.
