Let's go Diving!
Here you will find all the infomation you need to attend or organise a club diving trip.
Club Dive Trips
As a club we go on many trips. A selection of the trip reports from past trips can be found here.
Planning a Trip
This only concerns Dive Leaders and experienced Sports Divers, as these are the only people who will be organising and running club dive trips.
The majority of the documents refered to here can be found on the Downloads page in pdf format, along with many other helpful documents.
When planning a trip the first thing you will need to do is to get in touch with the DO to make sure they are happy with you organising the trip and with the people going doing the diving you are planning. The Hints from the DO pdf document will help in starting to plan a trip.
The Dive Trip Planning Sheet should be completed and presented to the DO once you have fully planned the trip and before you go. Also trip list of the members going needs to be written and handed into the Security office before you depart - you will be given one of these if you are taking Uni vehicles so check with the Transport Office as they will have up to date information about driving Uni vehicles on trips that needs to be considered.
