|As you would of course expect of a society with so few
committee members, we have no theme nor no evenings planned. There are various things up
in the air - questions such as:
Will Bang have its first ever Post-Christmas meal? Will the Bang treasurer ever lead a Bang session that someone turns up to? Could the President's secretary pass a minibus test and take Bang ten-pin bowling? Will anyone want to become a committee member at the Annual General Meeting? Is Bang going to descend on the president's house for a pancake party? Will Bang win the joint-societies football? Is the Bang secretary going to do the retreat by the union rules? Are we going to go back to the hedonistic days of socials as well as discussions?
and other questions:
Will the hard-core members keep coming? Are the union going to tell us whether we can use our budget? Is there to be a coup? Can Matthew actually resist the pressure for him to take over everything?
I think that you should all join Bang and have your say in these momentous decisions. More details of the programme will follow....
