Ian is the face of the society within the union. He looks after the

society as a whole and can be found helping out in lots of areas.

Treasurer

Freddy Pitel — treas@bts-crew.com

Freddy watches carefully over our finances. Whenever we buy or hire

anything there are forms to fill in and Freddy is the one to chat to.

Secretary

Dan Kyle — sec@bts-crew.com

Dan is in charge of the admin. He takes minutes at meetings, books

rooms, looks after the office and maintains the mailing lists.

Production Manager

Will Lay — pm@bts-crew.com

Will is in charge of events, from accepting booking requests to finding crew.

Equipment Officer

Ben Metcalfe — equip@bts-crew.com

Ben is responsible for making sure all of our kit is in

working order and that it is properly used and stored.

Safety Officer

Chris Lewins — safety@bts-crew.com

Chris looks after the required paperwork and

policies to make sure that we all stay safe.

Training Coordinator

Hugh Wren — training@bts-crew.com

Hugh is responsible for making sure our members are trained

in the many disciplines that make our society function.
