Talk summary. For major advances in green energy technologies (such as fuel cells and lithium batteries), the development of new materials is crucial. This talk will highlight (with the aid of 3D specs for everyone!) the use of computer modelling and structural techniques to help understand energy-related materials on the atomic scale.
