PVC Phase vocoder package (Princeton, Paul Koonce)
This port is at an early stage. Future plans include support for WAVE and
AIFF
soundfile formats (current support is only for au/snd formats), and support
for
the new
PVOCEX analysis file format. The main change so far is to implement
byte-ordering for
the au/snd format on Intel platforms. The full PVC distribution is included.
