Could anyone characterize (or even better, enumerate) the non-abelian
finite groups with just two generators, let us say x and y, with the
additonal constraint x^2=1, up to an order of several dozens? Cayley
graph representations would be useful.

The question arises in social anthropology in connection with the so
called classifying kinship systems. There may be further constraints as
well but they are not so easy to formalize.
