Research

My current research activities include investigating Data Assimilation for Numerical Weather Prediction in collaboration with the UK MetOffice. This work is funded by Great Western Research (GWR). For further details on the work carried out by Bath and Exeter Universities with the MetOffice, see the Exeter - Bath - MetOffice website and the recent report.

Further research interests include Numerical Linear Algebra, in particular iterative methods for eigenvalue problems and linear systems, Krylov subspace methods, matrix theory and applications, inverse problems and scientific computing.
