Report a Green Man

Type: Foliage-spewer (damaged)
Location: Church of St James
OS GR: ST 833648
Period: Mediaeval
Medium: Stone
Foliage: Stylised, damaged
Mood: Quirky, startled
Description

On the east wall of the interior of the south aisle is this slightly damaged green man.  Our researchers studied him carefully and deduced that he had been a foliage-spewer.  His two leaves still exist on either side of him, but at some point someone seems to have removed the stems connecting his mouth with the leaves.
