| Description This slant-eyed green man is above the door of the screen which stretches across the west end of the church. He seems strangely familiar, and a glance at our green man logo above reveals why: he is clearly by the same Victorian craftsman. They share the same frowning brows, the same hooked nose and slanting eyes, and the set of the mouth is very similar. He is a very fine example of the type. Also at South Marston
