Calculate the fraction of library members missing from your total library size and from the number of colonies which you have successfully cloned.
Calculate the number of plates required, at the current transformational efficiency, to clone sufficient colonies to represent the library of the specified size to the specified fraction missing.
Calculate how many colonies you have on the main plate from the dilution plate.
