Successful authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstract submission by email as soon as possible after it is received.

Authors of successful abstract submissions must then submit two documents for technical review:

1. 1)A full technical paper of up to 12 pages in length for publication on DVD;
   

2. 2)An extended abstract of 2 pages in length for inclusion in the printed proceedings.
   

Full papers and extended abstracts for technical review should be submitted before 20th February 2012.

Full papers will be subject to a technical review process and changes may be required before camera ready submissions, which will be due on 20th April 2012 where relevant.

Authors with papers whose file size is greater than 10Mb are kindly requested to contact icff2012@bath.ac.uk prior to the emailing of their submissions and an alternative method for file transfer will be provided.  Any emails >10Mb sent to icff2012@bath.ac.uk will automatically be rejected by our email servers.  Apologies for any inconvenience.
