Registration for icff2012 is now open for delegate registration. Three day registration is available now from just £275. This represents a 38% saving over individual day tickets.
Students may register for £225 for 3 days (a 20% saving on Normal Delegate pricing).
The conference dinner will take place on Thursday 28th June. The conference fee includes the conference proceedings on DVD and catering throughout the conference.
The full fee structure for early registration is shown in the table below (significant savings can be made by booking a three day ticket, compared to one-day tickets)

Any delegates who are unable to pay by credit card, or who do not wish to use the online store may fill in the following registration and accommodation booking form. The form should be sent to icff2012@bath.ac.uk:
Accompanying persons
Delegates wishing to bring an accompanying person may do so. Attendance at the conference technical sessions and workshop is charged at the standard delegate rates shown above.
Attendance at the conference dinner only is charged at a flat fee of £55, which includes attendance at the conference drinks reception. To book such a ticket, please contact the conference organisers by email only at icff2012@bath.ac.uk
Payment for the conference and accommodation will be collected at the University of Bath online store. Accommodation options are described in more detail here. Please click below to visit the store. You will need to register in order to complete the checkout process.
Delegates wishing to attend for just one day may select the relevant ticket in the online store.
Conditions of registration
Delegate substitutions may be made at any time free of charge but please advise of any changes of names. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please contact the conference organisers in writing by 1 May 2012 for a full refund less an administration charge of 10%. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date or for no-shows at the conference.
