NEW! EXECUTIVE SUMMARY ONLINE

The project aims to contribute to the field of Green National Accounting in two major ways.

The first is to develop a framework of National Accounting that reflects the productivity of the economy, but that also reflects an economy's sustainability. It is hoped that this will contribute towards a consensus as to the appropriate framework for Green National Accounting.

The second is to address the current shortage of environmental data by extending the methodology by which environmental impacts are measured.
