Analysis of Protein CD spectra using CDPro suite of programs via an Internet Browser

Programs and Purpose:

The programs and the data files should be in C:\CDPro directory.
The INPUT and Output files will be created in the same directory, and will be overwritten everytime a program that creates or modifies it is executed. Save your work.
The CD data should be in per residue Delta Epsilon units (Molar absorbance).
Open RunCDPro.html in the browser. (Netscape 4.7x and IE6.0 work; Mozilla does not work) (a) A program can be executed by clicking on the name, which results in browser asking you to either save it or open it; select OPEN. A DOS window (interactive) is opened. Follow the instructions in the DOS window. (b) Output files can be opened in a similar way. The results either appear in the bottom section of the screen or in a separate window (using notepad or wordpad), depending on the browser.
The programs can also be run by double-clicking on the file name from a directory list, as was done previously.
One can execute the programs and access outputs from the readme.htm file also.
Use the largest possible reference set for the wavelength range of your CD data.
