PhD Positions

We currently have an open joint Bath/Monash PhD position related to work in the group (co-supervised by Prof Karen Edler & Dr Antoine Buchard in Bath and Dr Rico Tabor and Prof Gil Garnier in Monash):

• Emulsions stabilized by Cellulose & Sugar-based Stabilizers

Additionally, the University normally has a limited number of funded three-year PhD studentships available for excellent (1st class) UK students. The closing date is normally in April each year, so get in touch if you find other aspects of our work interesting and would like to get involved.

For non-UK students there are a limited number of partial fee-waiver scholarships from the University of Bath which can be applied for on a first come first serve basis. These are available to strong applicants with the ability to fund their own living expenses through other sources.

Postdoctoral positions

Currently there are no PDRA positions available in the group. If you wish to apply to a PDRA fellowship scheme, Prof. Edler would be pleased to discuss such applications and can assist in writing one for research areas related to research in the group.
